Lot size:

9.15 front
35.66 on left side
35.64 on right side
10.69 back

How much do you think for typical wood fencing on back and halfway down the left and right sides if I was to pay someone to do all of it?

Message SpikerS on here, he has done a few people's fence and he does really good quality work, lots of people would recommend him. If I recall (don't quote me) it's about 35$ per foot of fence roughly.

Ya, seems to start around $35/ ft and go up from there. Realistically for a basic solid fence, $35-45 is what I would count on.

Is what Chris (spikerS) quoted me when he came out. He actually refunded me a few hundred bucks when he did all the maths and the total came to less than I had already paid.

Would chain link fence be more $$$$? I kinda prefer on having an "open" backyard so it looks bigger. Then again, the neighbors, if they are already there, have to agree

Went through Shane from GoldRush Landcaping (beyond sponser) and he charged $35/foot.

$35/ft is a decent starting price, it all depends on what lumber you want and if you want it stained, etc.

+2 for Shane@GoldRush. Everyone is comparing my solid fence to their crappy fence the builder put in. I think he got 3 jobs from surrounding neighbours.

It all depends on what style/materials you want to go with. Unfortunately, we are fully booked for the 2015 season. We are now scheduling projects for spring 2016. Give us a shout if you would like for us to take a look. Thank you for the kind words guys!

Isn't vinyl usually more expensive than wood? I think I paid ~$38 a foot for vinyl fencing with life time warranty.
