Changing seats in a JDM / RHD

I want to swap in a Recaro Topline XL into my HDJ81. Do I just purchase a passenger side seat/bracket kit if I want to replace the drivers side bucket?

Does the Landcruiser have an equivalent over here in LHD?

If they only came in RHD for Japan, then just get a drivers side one

If there is a LHD version, then yeah get a passenger side one from a North American retailer
