Looking forward to seeing the boys race under the lights in Singapore, I want some Rosberg reliability here....

Merc 1, 2
3 ???
4th - A Ferrari or a Williams
5th - RBR if they have a clean Saturday.

Groundbreaking I know.

Qualy was really tight between the mercs last year so I'm looking forward to it.

Wow! Never watched the practices so the qualifying results were shocking... 3rd row for the Mercedes? Should be a good race.

Crazy. Over a second off pace haha. Must be tire pressures fucking up rear traction lol.

Downloaded a picture of the finger on my old note. Smashed it. Felt good. See y'all next week.

Such a bizarre, eventful, yet boring race. Toro Rosso was wrong to ask for a swap, as Verstappen was the most exciting driver to watch battling from a lap down. Can't wait to hear the explanation.
Button was entertaining, but only on radio.

Vettel deserved that win and is now only 8 pts back of Rosberg. Glad to see Daniel on the second step.

The only exciting thing about that race was max. I am truly gutted that he duffed the start. I really hope max stays with toro for one more season before a team like Williams or Merc grabs him and gives him a chance at a big budget. If rbr does get a Ferrari pu I'd be happy to see him in a bigger budget car. IMHO max just gives it everything out. He makes my f1 heart sing. I hope as he matures he plays the f1 political game well. He will be one to dominate. Mark my words.

...lap 37 when an errant spectator momentarily trespassed on to the track.

How?

According to fans at the track, there was an area where security went missing which opens up to the track for recovery. Looks like drunk fan just got lost.

I missed the last few races due to traveling and just caught the Singapore race today. Did Mercedes shit the bed or did Ferrari and Red Bull really up their pace recently?

Is it known what changes Ferrari has made (any good articles out there?) or is it still highly secretive and no one has a clue?

As much as we all hate Seb, he is proving that he's a pretty decent driver (flame suit on). He's definitely out driving Kimi. The finger still is and always will be super gay and annoying.

Verstappen is awesome.

Team orders are lame.

No changes to most cars. Mercedes shit the bed, couldn't get the tires into operating window on this specific track and setup. Every team improved their pace from last year except for Mercedes. Should be a one off.

Jeez, pay Vettel a compliment and now his fanboys actually think he's gonna win the championship.

Did anyone find any post-race media on that? I couldn't understand during the race why they were bothering asking their drivers to swap. What difference would it have made? :dunno:

^ They just wanted to give Sainz a shot at Perez since he was on fresher tires.

Wouldn't blame him for announcing his retirement at Suzuka, but I'll be sad to see him go. Hopefully he does get into broadcasting eventually.

Ahhh that's to bad I like button. Great driver not quite a number 1 driver but not quite a number 2. He's my 1.5 driver, I enjoy his commentary from the drivers seat. It's really to bad mclaren hasn't had a good car for him and alonso but what they are doing could be a good foundation for the team in years to come.
