Pretty nice house. It shocks me after seeing some of your > 1 million dollar listings some of the furniture in these places. Too much money to the mortgage and can't afford decent furniture (or have no taste). Good luck with the sale!

Agreed, They didn't want to take on the expense of staging, trust me i tried

How bad is it to buy a place with a yard slope like that? I can't imagine spring is a fun time of year living there.

Nice looking photos though, looks like a pretty nice place. Also massive house with a tiny outdoor space. :nut:
