Was browing Regal's website and came across this court ordered house sale...

Look at that garage. It has a 3 car attached front garage, a detached shed and detached 1,000 SQ FT shop, and a massive yard. Drool.

The house, well, it needs a lot of work.

Maybe I'm missing it, but does it say where the house is?

not a bad place at all, just needs a lot of work to clean it up and bring it out of the 80's

Holy crap, that is gigantic! Do want, I don't mind the house as a fixer upper. Wonder how many surprises there will be though as it's sold AS-IS. $663k though...ouch

Feels like broom stick butt end.. Final fair well to a landlord, foreclosures, sub contractors who knows they won't get paid by a home builder.

It's hard to find newer houses in the City with this much car storage space, without getting above $1 million. You can always make a big, crappy garage less crappy; it is much more difficult to make a small, well done garage bigger without serious expense.

I was thinking, with all the hockey sticks around that house, they were slapping some pucks against the wall. too random and all over the place to be anything aimed.

Went and saw it with Jordan. The shop is huge, but grungy at the moment, what you might not have noticed is that there is a 2nd garage door on it (see alley pic), that has a smaller bay on the side of it, big enough for a small car, or motorcycles, toys etc., and a locker room of sorts on the other side of that. Between the garage and the fence is gravel for trailer parking. There's 3 alley sides, on it, 2 sides have solid fencing (needs a little work), the 3rd (in the pic) needs serious attention, it's falling down likely from the RV parking weight pushing the posts over time.

Yard is nice and big for kids, and has a very sunny area beside the house that would be perfect for a garden.

House itself is really dated, but well kept up. Figured for our tastes, it would need about $100g, and a lot of DIY time. We were pretty close to putting an offer in, but really, the location is what killed it for us. It's a nice quiet area, but we're too used to living almost inner city. Sunridge would double my commute time, and triple hers.
