Help looking for rental forms

I'm helping a friend that lives out of province with renting a new townhome he has bought as a investment.

I've searched online but haven't found and editable documents to help with this process.

I'm looking for

- Application Form
- Lease Agreement Form
- Walk Through inspection form.

Can someone help me with links or recommendations?

if the property is in alberta you just need to contact service alberta's local branch that deals wiht landlord/tenants and they should sell you packages of forms.

I went to the Rental Association. Was the easiest. Though if you list on Rentfaster they have similar documents, although not nearly as thorough I found.

Why would you pay for these forms from service alberta?

Rent faster does have the forms on their website for free. All you need to do is sign up an account.. Or use the forms you got sent.
