Its not what your expecting...I have to say I spent the day driving it around the city and its pretty decent. Always a parking spot available, maybe burned a few dollars in gas and it kinda looks Cool..maybe the demented younger brother to my Lamborghini. sure its a mere 70hp and 68 lbs or torque...why the need for paddle shifters one may ask?

I will be running a #agent2go contest once I get my graphics put on...each time the car is spotted and posted in Instagram with the hashtag #AGENT2GO your name will be entered into a contest for a kick ass prize. (that will be determined shortly)

They have come, and alot of previous Smart car customers do not like. Complaining that its too big now, and no more Diesel. Looks almost like it took a steroid pill and got jacked up. Like a Mini Cooper size now

As for my son, wont really be his car more of a marketing tool for me as Its somewhat of an eye catcher, even though it is a smart car

I unknowingly bought a 2008 Smart Fortwo Pure with the 1.0 Litre Gas engine.

Didn't expect to get it at such a low price, so I thought "Oh what the heck, I will bid X $ amount".

Only later that evening I received an e-mail stating I am the new owner of the Smart car lol.

Anyways it is not as nice and cool as Jordan's, I haven't even seen it in person yet. Has Black exterior, with orange cloth interior. 70k, sunroof (Not sure if that is correct). Heated seats, cd player and of course A/C.

I will drive it around for a bit just to feel it out, but I am confident I will be passing it on to someone else to enjoy shortly. Not sure how the resale is on these.

Maybe we can have a Smart meet and cruise. :eek:

They're horrible. They were almost impossible for dealerships to sell them used over 5 years ago, and i'm sure it's only gotten worse since then.

To quote one customer i dealt with who had one, 'if I would have known this piece of crap was going to cost so much to keep on the road I would have just saved myself a ton of money and bought a C class.'

Winter tires are a must in winter, and even then it's still not an enjoyable experience (I hate the traction control, and I hate that you need to floor it to go anywhere, and the short wheel base and tiny tires makes it interesting to say the least), and i'm a guy who thinks the best winter car is a rwd sports car.

Didn't the smart car have record for the lowest customer satisfaction rating at one point? Remember reading something like 9% of owners would buy again. :dunno:

I always look at them for sale but it seems people ask too much for the used ones, a few are decent deals. For a car as a novelty they are too much is what I should say haha.

I actually didn't even look at others to know if I paid a fair price, I liked the look, know the owner and assumed I paid a fair price. I will use it as a driving billboard for the next 3 years, which I am sure will pay for itself in the first few months.

I took a buyer out to look at condos this weekend, saved me tons of time looking for parking as my 750i is huge. I have had a ton of fun with it so far, going to toss on the winter tires in the next week or so, hopefully its ok this winter.
