More cleaning out the garage. Anyone need a Ford TPMS trigger tool? Thought I lost mine and ordered a new one, then found it in the center console before the new one arrived so its still new in the bag. Works great for switching over sensors.

http://www.tirerack.com/accessories/detail.jsp?ID=170

Also have the cobb RMM for the FiST if someones interested in it.

Since I don't have my ST anymore I'll be modding my 06 GT mustang. Cams, exhaust, tune, suspension/tires

Anyone had any luck adding remote start to an ST? When I called around last summer I was told there weren't any modules that would work with the push button start + manual transmission. Wondering if that is still the case or what?

Already started with collecting my mods for the stang.
-Have a set of cams already

Ordered a strut brace, panhard bar, panhard brace, Steeda sport springs, lower control arms, and a set of cam phaser bolts for when the cams get installed.
Only thing left for the suspension at the moment will be Koni shocks, GT500 top hats.

Still need to get myself a new tuner. Plan on getting John Lund to tune the car. Off-road XPipe (temp until I do long tube headers down the road) and going to get a set of corbue racing seats as well along with a rear seat delete.

bump!!!

Hey Guys, I'm from Edmonton. Just got my FoST from Calgary. Bought it off my buddy.

I already have:

- FSWERKS FMIC
- FSWERKS DP
- AP
- Green Cone Filter
- COBB Shift knob
- COBB Catback
- COBB Sound Symposer Delete
- COBB RMM

I am going to get the FSWERKS Cool-Flo Intake (because ricer? lol). I am trying to figure out suspension.

I wanted the H&R coilovers but I want ride quality and I've read that they are quite jarring over our type of roads. I was looking at the bilsteins coilovers however I might just say "eff it" and go with Bilstein B8 Struts and a lowering spring(lots to choose from).

And maybe a lip lol.

That's pretty much it... I think I did enough for a car I just bought :)

IF ANYONE IS SELLING ANY PARTS, LEMME KNOW

Nothing, the American dollar is just too strong right now. I've done pretty much everything other than a big turbo to the car.

I do have a 3" Agencypower exhaust for sale though!

Ya the dollar is beyond horrible. I wanted to get a bunch of things done to my Evo down in the states but Im thinking that is not the greatest idea.

I was wavering on custom building one, but the price point on it was pretty good even with the CAD exchange. Plus my car is not insured so I can't even go out and get it fitted up somewhere for months. At least this way I can do it in the garage while I wait for spring.

Green Filter:
Have been looking for one for a while, finally found a place that will ship to Canada! Huzzah

Enkei J10's:
I kind of hate what they look like, but they are lightweight and priced well. Have my fingers crossed they look better on the car.

(8) RE71R's:
Stocking up on fresh rubber for the summer.

This brings my wheel count to 14 Rims and 18 Tires for my Fiesta, lol.

Still debating on getting Koni Yellows... my race budget for this year isn't going so far with the USD

I was going to do Michelin PSS.

Why do u want Koni's over Bilstein B8's ? Damper adjustability?

I got priced out B8's for $1069 CAD and Bilstein Coils for $15xx.

Just installed the MBRP 3" catback on my FiST and it is without a doubt aggressive lol. That being said, nothing but smiles. This summer I would like to in the very least powder coat wheels and install a better FMIC. Like everyone is saying, we'll see what the dollar does.

Got the car all clean and the exhaust put on so I figured I may as well take some pictures. I dot love the red wheels but it's one of those things where I wanted to try something different.

My Koni's are installed... results were most excellent. I love how easily these cars lift the rear tires completely off the ground in corners!

I love the roundabout at the McDonald's near me =D

Got some boomba stuff arriving tomorrow and some Mountune stuff is a couple weeks out. Man the dollar is so bad and the shipping to Canada ruins any sort of deal :(

There were some comments about how I ran without rear head rests at one of the events (they block my rear visibility, so I just removed them for day to day driving, plus they make it a PITA to fold the seats down)... they were light hearted in nature, but I think it would be something somebody would protest me if I didn't put them back in.

I made my first ever 1st place finish on Sunday, so gotta be squeaky clean!

I leave my headrests folded down 24/7 on the street. I hate those stupid things.

Cool man, let me know!

Installed the wing risers and the shifter bracket bushings last night. The bushings made a slight difference not as noticeable as they were in the focus (there were 4 to replace in the foST, only 2 in the Fiesta) I also installed them without taking the whole centre console/shifter assembly out. It didn't take that much more time IMO.

Boomba racing,. I think regular price is $141usd I got them during their 10% off memorial day sale. Still a bit pricey but I like them a lot. Velossatech still hasn't made them for the Fiesta yet.

I wanted to do something different but wanted to stay with Ford. I didn't want to wait for an RS / didn't want car payments quite that much a month.

The Fiesta is a blast so far, I'm sure when I get to stage 3 like pheoxs it will be an absolute blast

Got the fswerks short shift kit coming and recently put on Michelin pilot sport a/s 3s and hopefully they prove to be a wise purchase.

Does anyone have a RMM recommendation? I can't decide which one to go with and have read mixed feedback on cobb and mountune.

Thanks

eglove
06-23-2016, 10:48 PM
Mountune and Cobb are 99.9% the same. Just depends on what brand you prefer.

You can also go Boomba, JBR, or CPE but they are going to definitely give you more NVH.

My 2016 fiST I haven't been able to get the motor to slam into the firewall so the e-focus mount is doing it's job for now. Compared to the stock one on my foST the first time I heard that it was a definite WTF moment

Hey guys, I haven't posted in this community yet. I've had a number of cars and 4x4s and I've organized a few cruises through the years. I got my FiST at the beginning of January and it just turned 2000 km yesterday. So far I've got a new set of Touren summer wheels, Vogtland springs, Boomba weighted short shifter plate, shift knob, dash mat, subwoofer, some LEDs, chrome e-brake insert and front intake cut out. I'm trying to save up for a Cobb but all these little things keep coming up. I would like to get a pedal spacer because I can't heel and toe with the factory spacing. Steering wheel is on the large size (I don't know why they went bigger, must be a corporate thing). I think I may have found a smaller alternative but I don't have $1G for a wheel. I've met some of you and SugarPhreak - I pm'd you a vid from the autocross. Thanks for having me!
