Seems like picking up a 2015 GMC Sierra All Terrain is the beyond thing to do (Darkane & InRich) so I decided to follow suit and picked one up myself. First order of business was to pay the boys at Tint Tech a visit for some 3M, headlight & taillight tint and window tint, they do great work.

Gratz.
I still prefer my saying, fully loaded minus a sunroof. whats the problem? lol u fucking rats.

ANYWAYZ.... I highly recommend u do a bed liner. I did mine for 300 at LINE-X off Blackfoot. make sure you get that done. I'm gonna be looking into a tonneau cover asap. let me know if you wanna go in with me on that, maybe we can get a deal together.

i drive one for a work truck don't ever take it off the pavement or that plastic bottom air dam will be toast. specially in winter when the plastic is so cold.

Nice tint but why not get the windshield done while you're at it? It can get pricey but that's what gofundme is for.

Nice truck my man.

Where'd you get it? Looks like the SLT, 5.3L?

Rich I'm in for a tonneau cover. Line-X sounds good for $300. I have the factory box plastic insert but I want the spray.

You have a connection at linex? Or is that the normal price?

I'm in for a group buy..lol

Yea i know the owner. Its regularly 500 bucks, and 799 for their premium, but that just means its 20% more material used. I just went for the normal 499 one, all dealerships just do that one anyway. They did a great job on mine.

what makes the premium so expensive?

Can you get beyond the $300 deal?

I just tease ;) mine has everything less the Denali pkg, 6.2 and the blind spot system, so technically not fully loaded.

$300?!?! I have an appointment at Tyro Coatings tomorrow to get the Silver Spray In Liner done (40lbs of Polyurethane) reg. $650 down to $460. Is yours the 20lbs or 40lbs? PM Sent.

I'd be totally in on a group deal provided you can get one on a Tonneau cover, looking at getting a hard folding one myself.

Thanks man. Yup, the 6.2 was overkill for what I needed.

Are you going to tow the Vette to events with it next year?

That was the entire reason for getting a truck  having someone haul my track wheels & tires and then swapping before & after each event is a massive PITA. And I want to hit Nationals down south next year.

I went with the Undercover Flex Tonneau cover on my 2015 Sierra. They sit flush, fold nicely, and can be hinged in the open position when needed. Idiot proof install and remove. Would Undercover Flex again A++++.

Congrats on the purchase! Welcome to the club:thumbsup:

With all these new gmc/chev trucks we should get a separate thread going for owners to discuss mods/parts/tipsntricks etc...would be good to get some feedback from local owners since most of the truck forums seem to be US based

I think the bedliner is the best solution to prevent corrosion... but if you are throwing around tools, and heavy hard items and don't want to dent the box, a plastic liner and a mat isn't bad insurance as well.

if you aren't using it to hold aggregate or crap that stains or crumbles, a bed rug on top of the liner is pretty awesome.

The ali arc look better new. after 100,000KM they do need a touch up. You get to keep your stock bumper if you want to sell it second hand or keep it. GM trucks do sit kind of low with the suspension, frame and belly pan, this bumper does work well to break away deep mud/snow before the scrape of the underbody.

Sounds like a good idea. A 2014-15 GM Truck Thread?
