Where are you buying your bulk meat?

Like one of those "buy half a cow" setups? From what I've seen, they are usually higher quality meat, and they do end up being more expensive than costco etc.

I'm sure there was a thread on that, not sure what to search.

For sure that's the thread I was thinking of.

Could always try to hook up with the 4H club, lots of those kids raise a steer for beef and sell that.
