Anyone work for Sabal/Hopewell?

I'm trying to get authorization to copy plans for my house that are on file from the city and so far I've been sent to three people, none of which answer their phones and haven't heard back from my VM.

Bit time sensitive as apparently there is only a 14 day hold on the plans.

Got told to call in and can be transferred to the same people.

Well, good luck. I think I would have had this solved in an afternoon, but different strokes for different folks.

Even after you go in person to their office and get told to call in?

Didn't realize you already stopped in, hmm, I might linger around in their offices until I got somebody that could deal with me in person - but I'm kind of a pain in the ass that way ;)
