Dewalt travel charger input AC voltage (220volt)

is there a AC charger that has a AC input range of 90-220v like all laptop, cell phone chargers, people know of?

Sometimes Im at a site that they only have 220/240 - I would use a transformer but it ends up getting stolen/lost(never the charger itself)

I seen some on aliexpress for about 69USD but they are just generic chargers, but i don't want to damage the batteries if the charger doesn't work properly.

Also don't want to carry around a 220-110 transformer..

Isn't all portable devices these day 240V compatible? You just need to the right plug type?

What needs to be converted to 110V?

the weird thing is Dewalt chargers all say 120v.. I did find 220-240volt versions but they are over $200.
