Looking for Granite Support Brackets

I'm doing a home reno and for my raised bar I need support brackets for my granite. I'm looking for something like this

But it appears that there aren't just stores that sell these things. I have talked to a couple of cabinet companies with no luck. Does anyone know a joint that sells this kind of thing.
