only stands to reason that with all the recent layoffs, downtown is a lot quieter, lots of parking is available. The city had 2-5 year waiting lists to get a monthly parking spot, now, none of the lots have a wait anymore.

I got into a lot that was historically 37 a day or 575 a month for 300 a month recently. Definitely lower car volume.

Every little bit helps.

Seriously? Groupon for parking? All those years of raping people on rates.

Most of it's already sold out for the monthly.

That's what I've found.

The Groupon is practically sold out for all the lots over a week duration.

There couldn't have been too many available.... One company can only have so many stalls available.... And would only slash the price on so many per property

I believe most of the city lots of I have checked still have decently large wait lists but are moving more quickly, Lot 58, mcdougal etc.
