In my condo, I have the radiant water heating along the base boards. It won't turn off now. I have replaced both the motorized valve and the thermostat. Anyways, looking to see if anyone here or knows someone that can come take a look and fix the problem for me. Please PM. Thanks.

Euro838 - depending on the age of your condo, perhaps still under new-home warranty? Consider also contacting your condo board for whom put in the system, they may have more insight for you without incurring more costs.
