Does anyone have any experience with posture shirts? The idea is that they mimic the action of the kinesiotape that many Physiotherapists use to pull a persons upper body into a better posture position.

Article about posture shirts - USA Today (http://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/2015/01/20/posture-shirt-alignmed-dwight-howard-peyton-manning/22069511/)

Here's a paper about perceived benefits with cyclists.

These guys seem to be the big name in this space:

Although, Amazon has lots of other competitors.
Amazon.ca LINK to many competitors (http://www.amazon.ca/s/ref=sr_nr_n_13?fst=as%3Aoff&rh=n%3A6205177011%2Ck%3Aposture+support&keywords=posture+support&ie=UTF8&qid=1455215452&rnid=5264023011)

I have personally felt that being taped up by my physiotherapist helped me to hold better posture for the few days that the tape was on. If a shirt could given even 50% of that result, I think it might be beneficial to wear one several days per week.

I would love to know if anyone has experience with this, advice, or suggestions.

Also curious about this; been working with a physio to help with some shoulder issues and lazy posture seems to be creating most of my issues.

When I looked at these shirts the Canadian market prices were pretty rough though.

$95USD for the pullover?

I'd love to get one, just to try it, but I can't see myself paying that much, and I don't see an equivalent on Amazon for that style.

This is very intriguing! Might just have to give this a try, I constantly find myself with shoulders rolled forward looking at the monitor like an old man lol.

My girlfriend has used this and she has noticed a difference with her shoulder injury. Downside is you need someone else to apply it and apply very well - it's not easy lol.
