One of the few times a ground level condo is better than the suites above it.

That's a pretty sweet pad. If only it was around 100sqft bigger...

Some spelling errors in the ad :)

Place looks nice but that is crazy small. And if the building isn't concrete you wouldn't even be able to use that HT

It's honestly ridiculous what some people will pay for a property like this. I have no doubt it will sell due to being upgraded nicely but wow.

^^ Sure, small unit, newer one bedrooms average about 600-650 sq feet and sell for 600$ per sq foot, if someone wants to be steps to Bridgeland, East Village ad downtown 285k for this units is great value...I have 5 showings on it this weekend so it's not over priced.

Projector screen over big screen LCD. That's a great idea, best of both worlds.

The big reason for doing this is so you don't have to fire up your projector if you just want to watch something for a short time, check a score, etc. or if you want something you can turn on/off without worrying about it - using a projector like a normal TV is extremely hard on the bulb. Also, if there is lots of ambient light or you have a bunch of people over, TV will be better. Drop down screens also only work if they are weighted properly, and you have no breezes or drafts whatsoever, otherwise your image goes in and out of focus all the time and it hurts the eyeballs :nut:

I agree, having a patio and some green space is a pretty good setup.

exactly! this close to DT is expensive. - and 500-600 sq ft is good for one or two people. Less stuff to buy and less time to clean.
