I watched the season and it's motivating me to make my own bread lol.

Baking is so intimidating. I hate it.

Mind of a Chef is better though.

Uhh, did you not watch that? You get the flavor from the wood and not the charcoal, so the medium to start the smoldering is irrelevant.

You want fresh, moving smoke... Not stale smoke... There for charcoal! Plus it's cheaper

This show made me realize again how stupidly easy it is to make bread. So I did today.

I only liked Mind Of A Chef when it was with David Chang.
