Was looking at a few trailers of some ultimate cheesy action films from the 90's. They had it dialed in, explosions, helicopters, falling off buildings, chase scenes galore, brutal scripts.
Anyone know of some good ones? Post the trailer if possible.
Doesn't necessarily need to be action movies.
Here's what I've found:

I used to love watching this movie as a kid, had everything, cheesy comedy, modified VW Golf race on snow (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sz0T6R3_8bQ) (best part imo), extreme sports, helicopters, explosions, cliché early 90s OST and of course Roger Moore:

They started in 1985 but went all the way into 1993.. the American Ninja series... i burnt out our VCR watching these over and over as a kid bouncing off our furniture. So cheesy but man were they awesome in their time lol.

That's right, Terry "HH" Bolea, Carl Weathers AND Shannon Tweed. All star cast. You can find both SW 1 & 2 on YouTube full length

Is Short Circuit from the 90s or 80s? Cause I just watched it and loved getting nostalgic haha
If you just want a bad movie, I think this was Dean Cain's finest:

Quit that Zero and get with the Hero!
Such terrible acting.
I would argue Short Circuit and The Wizard aren't cheesy. The scripts weren't that bad.
Forgot about Big Trouble in Little China

Not from that era, but it may as well be, Kung Fury.
No love for the Iron Eagle series? It started in the 80's but dripped fromage well into the 90's.
I loved Iron Eagle as a kid, and Flight of the Intruder too. I think I would not like to revisit them now though.
I thought Freejack was the shit too when it came out and bought the DVD in a gas station probably 10 years ago. Just got around to watching it a couple months ago. That was a mistake, except for seeing how off the mark they were about life in 2009.

First that came to my mind.
Naked Gun was 88, but the film series is basically a 90's franchise.

Big Trouble in Little China was from the mid 80's and is a classic lol.
Most action movies from the 90's were pretty cheesy, but the romantic comedies from that era are pretty cringe worthy too.

Sometimes it boggles my mind to think how this movie made it to production. In fact, any Hulk Hogan movie.
I presume that they really relied on star power in the 1990's.

Anaconda (1997). Probably isn't that funny anymore but I remember laughing pretty hard when I was younger at how cheesy/ridiculous it was.
