After the lease, the car went to auction and was purchased by Grand Prix Motors in Portland. Car was sold to a man in Seattle in 2011 and then purchased and imported into Canada by the previous owner in 2012. I purchased the car in the June of 2015 with 95xxx km from the previous owner. All service records are present from 2011 in an Excel document and binder (no records from first owner).
Third party inspection was performed by Eurasia in August 2014 prior to my purchase with no major issues (and no subframe cracks). The washer fluid pump was broken which was since replaced by Alberta Motorworks. The Brembo brakes were rebuilt and powdercoated in 2014.
In summary, this is a beautiful car in incredible condition. All service records from 2011 onwards are included in a binder. The E46 is a very special generation of M3 and finding a well-maintained, low mileage, manual transmission model in a rare colour is becoming increasingly difficult. I am very sad to sell this car but am compelled to do so as I have another investment coming my way in the very near future. Car i currently in storage under an OEM fit cover. Has never been winter driven and will not be out until the roads are clear and free from the salt/gravel. Feel free to PM/Email me if you have any questions. No trades as well. Cheers.
