Help: I got a ticket for not renewing my liscence

i got a ticket for not renewing my liscence monday, so i renewed it immediately after he pulled me over. how would i fight this?

Umm can't really fight that one.
If you didn't renew your license you're guilty, doesn't matter if you renewed it right after.
Lucky he didn't tow your car.

You could try to plead it down I guess.

According to beyond, you b-day is March 12... you might have a chance if you come up with a really good excuse why you haven't done it in the last month...

how often does the liscense need to be renewed? I just got a new one with my class 5 but i would like to know when to expect to do it.

I think it's 5 years.
It says right on the license.
They send you a notice in the mail a month in advance I think.
I'm not sure about that though, I haven't had to renew mine yet.

yeah i'll work on an excuse
he actually didn't let me drive home, i had to ditch my car on the side, then call up a buddy to go directly to the registries.
