I've never ventured in to multiple TV setups - I myself have only ever had a single TV with a few inputs - but basically the office just installed 3 TVs on our front wall in the boardroom. Each TV has Ethernet and power behind it.

If we're trying to achieve a setup where multiple sources can send to 1 or all 3 TV's - what kind of equipment should I be looking at? Thanks!

You want a HDMI multiplexer

Something like this: (Never used this, just posting as an example)

Its called a Matrix and the one from monoprice is overkill IMO as OP probably doesnt need to send the HDMI over 5e/6.

Here is a cheaper one: http://www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=5704

If you do need to send it over 5e/6 and have two runs, the one pheoxs posted would work. If you only have one run, you would need one that supports HDbase-T. Like this one: http://www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=10682

If you do get the hdmi matrix from mono price make sure you get the lower latency hdmi cables.
I tried it with some crappy cables from there and it didn't work very well.
I would only get the matrix if you need the ability to have 4 different inputs. So each tv could be running a different feed at the same time.

If you only need 1 feed you can look into just getting an hdmi hub with it extended over cat 6.
Something like this http://www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=8009. If you only have a single cat 6 cable / network jack then you'll need to shell out a bit more cash and get the single one.

If you want i have a bunch of extra components like hdmi matrix and these extenders if you wanted to test around and see how it works.

The ability to have 4 different inputs would be nice. All TVS are on 1 wall, so displaying the same content on all 3 would be a little redundant.

I believe there is 2 runs per TV. Would there be any benefit to using the HDbase-T?

Locust - you have PM.

HDBaseT makes things much more stable than the old non standard matrix's over cat5, plus it runs over 1 cable, along with 100mbit network over the same cable. I upgraded to HDBaseT at home last year and never looking back.

This is the setup I'm using:

Any more questions, ask away. I've been running HDMI over CAT5 through my house for 6+ years now haha. I even have my old Gefen setup in a box (requires 2 cat5's) if you want something on the cheap. This guy:

Thanks! I did notice the reviews of the HDBaseT model at monoprice had substantially nicer things said about it. I think the having something stable and reliable is a preference. I don't want something crapping out mid meeting where i have to start worrying about 'spares'. Have you had any issues with your BaseT model, Rage?

Only issue I have is with a bug on the Xbox One. Basically, whatever source it's on, if the devices are off downstream (receiver and TV), the XB1 will perform a HDCP renegotiation every 15 seconds or so for no reason at all. Maybe to figure out if the devices are back up? I leave my XB1 on all the time so that might be why. This means that every TV on that same source will black out for 2 seconds every 15 seconds.

My workaround was to make my harmony remote that controls the XB1 switch to source 4 where I don't have a source when I power down that room so that it renegotiates HDCP on nothing. That way it doesn't affect the other outputs since they're only on source 1 to 3.
