Nothing really. Craft beer used to refer to microbrewers, or basically anyone that brewed beer at less than industrial levels (I think it was 10,000 barrels or hectaliters). Nowadays its more just a marketing gimmick than anything else.

Was introduced to a local "nano brewery". Super small batches, very good. If you're in the area it's worth checking out, they've got a small tasting room where you can sample an ever changing selection.

I wouldn't consider Big Rock craft beer.

Definitely Tool Shed. Their IPA is amazing.
