Mini Split AC Question

I saw the other AC threads so I figured I might as well ask.

We have a 800sq ft room above our garage I want to put a mini split AC in this spring. We heat it in the winter with a gas fireplace and that works really well. But need to cool it off in the summer it gets fairly warm.

Anyone know what size I should be looking at for this? Will get a plumber to come and check it out but thought id look for recommendations here.

1.5 ton, and you are looking for a refrigeration mechanic, not a plumber.
