The good news is NDP came in dead last from 36% to 20% in this election. PC's still won, but also suffered a large drop in support.

Huge Trudeau supporter so don't know how much of a win it really is

I predicted a PC win in that area long time ago. The PC candidate (family member) was heavily supported by Bhullar's family which is highly influential in that area so I am not really surprised.

The riding is notoriously a candidate, not party, based riding. Which would explain the change in %'s.

Don't know if that means anything but a family friend who lives in the riding told me this.

So if Liberal didn't run, the left would have 44%?

I couldn't believe the amount of signs in the area. There was also a ridiculous amount of door knocking, every night last week I had my doorbell rung. Even at 6PM on vote day the WR candidate volunteers were knocking on everyone's door telling them to vote.
