hey everyone, i'm doing a project on analysing the success or failure of a Canadian company that has had international trade experience.. anyone have any ideas? I was thinking of Oil and Gas (duh, we're in Alberta).. I was thinkin of commodities like diamonds, fur, softwood lumber.. any ideas? thanx.

thanx guys, after i wrote this post I checked out roots.. so chances are i'll be doing that.. but dam, i NEVER THOUGHT about Bre-X.. dammit haha.. thanx for the help though guys.

Compare the success of Petro-Canada in the national and international field. There's a TON of information, and you'd be surprised to know that Canadians revolted against Petro-Canada when it was first introduced by the Trudeau government.

I think that the new industry of canadian dimonds would be a easy topic and very easy to find good info on it becasue it is such a popular topic right now! This industry has alot going for it!

i actually looked into the diamond industry, and couldn't find enough information on it.. =[
