I watched your 2nd upload and honestly it's not bad for someone who's starting. You could be funny, so I think there is potential maybe.

I think you just have to just work on your material and don't spend too much time talking about subscribing, etc. If your video is good, they'll come. A lot of your comments are just from people asking "sub for sub" requests.

Second, people's attention span is very limited. You have to hook them up pretty quick or else they lose interest FAST. So I'd try to incorporate some elements like images and/or sounds so people aren't just looking at your face or really boring background with just an exercise bike.

Recently watched most of GradeAUnderA's videos and he's very quick on his humor and he goes through a bunch of points in minutes. Very funny and easy to stay attentive.

Just some food for thought.

I gave it a try at the start of this year with 3 Motorsports themed episodes, they were not awful, but they weren't great. I also was doing like 20 takes per shot because I kept screwing up what I wanted to say. Between that and the editing, putting together a short 5 minute video was an entire weekend of work.

In the end I pulled my videos... it occurred to me that they might end up on Beyond :rofl:
