BUYING NEw/ farely new CAR---- range < $16,000

Im thinking of buy a new car in the next 5 months or so. My budget is around $16,000 and I want to buy real nice small car that I can make it fast and furious. I want to be able to buy custom parts for it easily.

The cars I had in mind were like Acura RSX 2002 or 2004, Mazda 6 or the 3 hatchback. I need like small cars like those above for around $16,000 and less than 15,000 miles or in the last 2 years (2002).

I dont want like you selling me a car, i just want to know what I can get in that kind of range.
