View Full Version : Anyone VAGCOM for beer?

I am picking up a new Q5 on monday and immediately installing the OEM hitch/controller. The stealership wants $1000 for the install but i plan on doing it myself as its pretty straightforward. The only thing is that there is some VCDS coding that needs to be done.

So i would like to find someone that will do it for beer/cash. I used to have a cable but i sold it a while back when i got out of VAG.

Anyone willing to help?

Fuck my cable is buried somewhere, I'll take a look this afternoon.

I'd try eurodrivers.ca too. No idea if it's still active, I haven't been there for a few years

I have one that I used to activate the TPMS on my Audi. Just not sure if I have a Windows laptop for it. It is a Ross-Tech, so it should work with the software if you are able to download it on your own laptop.

Crap, didn't even think of this before, but mine is the older style. Pretty sure it only works on something up to 05 I think
