So apparently I have two of these: Advantech ARK model ARK-DS262GB-S6A1E digital signage module with specifications as follows:
i3-3217UE @ 1.6GHz
8GB RAM
250GB Hdd (currently booting XBMC/Kodi media center)
Gigabit Ethernet
gigabit wireless ethernet
HDMI
USB 3.0/2.0
JAE Interface (TX25 - 80pin) for digital signage
Active cooling
Comes with a Windows 7 Embedded Serial Key

This unit connects via a JAE TX25 (80pin) connector common in digital displays. It doesn't have a standard suite of connectors on the back for Power etc and needs to be connected via the JAE connector.
Works great, can be demonstrated.
$200 each for beyonders or both for $320
Also I have three other full height i7 units (my other post was removed for some reason) with various memory specs.
