SO I have a fuse panel that operates one part of a house I am renting and there is no power to it whatsoever. There are also several misc wires sticking out of it.

There is another panel that identifies the non-working one with two breakers, both of which are turned on. I have turned those off and back on but still no power.

I need help trying to get power to the panel.

Recommendations for an electrician? I had one electrician cancel on me 4 times so I told him off. :(

EDIT: House is rented from family member, will be torn down eventually.

You rent? Why not call your landlord.... This should be their problem, I know I'd be pissed if a tenant started fucking with my electrical

Lets call it "rent" from a family member. Its a house that will eventually get bulldozzed. I can do what I wish with the property until next year.

Can't give you any recommendations, but that power feed line from the main panel looks like it got a little toasty. Could just be the photo though.

The whole subpanel looks a bit janky, but if the house is being bulldozed anyway, meh.

Everything in that photo looks very problematic. I'm not an electrician.

Ya it looks pretty messed up to me which is why I have no interest in DIY. I prefer to live. Just looking for a recommendation for a good reliable electrician

you wont kill yourself putting a multimeter on the feed line, and it'll narrow down the problem a lot. (disclaimer, you could kill yourself doing is, if you're really stupid)
