Shark Skin paint, is a stain/paint that deep penetrates the wood. probably never need to paint again if you properly power washed all the old shit off. let me know if you want my help

no just get as much of the shit off as possible, but yea getting it down to the bear wood as much as possible before putting on a high quality product is a good idea.
