Contacted Bull's Towing to arrange a tow to a local garage shop. Agreed on a certain amount to have it towed there. The driver takes Deerfoot route and there's an accident so we had to wait an extra 15 minutes. Once car was dropped off, driver bottoms my vehicle and acts as nothing happens. Also demands more money on top of what was agreed upon because there was an accident on Deerfoot so he wants more money for the delay.
I won't be giving these guys my business anymore as they don't seem to care for your vehicle nor honour their agreement and charge you more because of unplanned delays.
