Anyone happen to know the stock offset for base model 2011 mdx?

What range of offsets would work without needing spacers?

Not sure if this web site is good but....

If you have the 18x8.0 OEM wheels, they are likely ET45 but offset does vary with width and that era of MDX had more than one wheel from the factory...

Pretty sure my stock offset is 45.

Will a wheel with an 18 offset work ok?

that would leave a difference of 27, so the wheel would be 27mm inside of stock, is that correct?

27mm further out - closer to the fender

^If the wheel is the same width.

There are many good calculators on google to figure out wheel offset comparison (also tires when you get to that point).
This is the simplest one I could find:

Thanks for the info.

Will it sticking out 27mm further than stock wheel cause any issues?

Will handling/safety aspects be the same?

Could contact your fender liner might rub on full lock. Test fit is your best answer

Handling should stay the same, no safety other than rubbing/body contact on big bumps or full lock

Bust out a measurement instrument and see if there will be any issues.

Honestly, I'd recommend you go down to a local wheel store and get them to find you a proper fitting set. Or use an online store that can offer a list of wheels that will fit your vehicle.
