i got 3 quotes for a basement bathroom and Pete the Plumber beat the next lowest one by 400-500.

Thanks for this. Pete was pretty expensive, but cheaper than the other places. And most joints wanted a $75/fee just to assess, and if I chose to go with them they'd apply to the total cost.

BRM Water Conditioning quoted me $250 all in. Pete the Plumber actually recommended BRM too.
