This single owner vehicle has been lady driven since new. It’s never been smoked in, and never been off road. It’s the fully loaded limited edition which comes with every option available such as heated/cooled seats, Navigation, Upgraded JBL sound system, X-REAS suspension system. This vehicle will be parked until sold.
This vehicle was purchased with the extended paint protection and has 2 years 50,000km left on its factory warranty. It was purchased with the extended service program 48mths/100,000km platinum package ($1499.00), and the Alberta Climate Package ($1588.00).
The vehicle is currently under lease but it will be bought out after the transaction.

Disclosure:
- While moving 1km/hour in a parking lot my wife bumped into a cement barricade and cracked the front bumper near the front fog light. Since the entire bumper is 1 piece the whole thing was replaced through insurance. It has been driven less than 10km since the replacement and literally looks brand new as you can see in the pictures.
- The original paint on the rear hatch had some issues (very common on 5th gen 4 Runners). There are three little spots that have started to bubble through the paint, it’s hardly noticeable but very annoying for such a new vehicle. Toyota has honored the paint protection and has agreed to respray the entire back hatch properly. This will be completed prior to sale.
