Mica sheet (paper) in Calgary?

I need to repair my $1100 microwave and it doesn't look like Amre or Reliable have stock in Calgary for a waveguide cover. Anybody know a place in Calgary to buy this material so I can cut my own piece?

Or have a junk microwave I can possibly steal a piece from if its big enough?

For the junk microwave if you can't find anything just go to one of the drop off electronic recycle places and take one from there.
