window update?

weird....I just run into window update problem, it seems like whenever I try to do a window update now, it gives me an administrator only error. I am 110% certain that my account is an administrator account, because I made the account I am using. Also I had no problem updating window in the past 2 weeks. Did anybody else run into this problem now???

Just a suggestion, make sure that your date/time/year is set correctly.
Other than that, ensure that your account is ACTUALLY an administrator account.
