It will never be built... Honda usually builds safe bikes... as it all around good, not great at a certain thing.

Open Dry Clutch - jingle jingle!
They work, tho.

At first I thought it was a variant of the RC51 engine. However I cannot see Honda using a regular production engine in one of their prototype showbikes. Unless...maybe...it is coming to the showroom soon, perhaps?

Check out the novel exhaust.

umm, fugly

where's the wind protection, imagine doing over 200 on that thing, you'll have some serious neck muscle.

hey maybe that will some of the ladies give better head, lol

Ducati

Wind Protection? Bah!

The wind will flow over the windscreen, and the rider will be in a crouch at speed where he needs "wind protection".

I never had wind protection on my Eddie Lawson Replica. The new retro bikes and naked sportbikes don't have wind protection.

Less plastic is good.

Less plastic is good. yeah, I can imagine a pretty sore body though after taking any sort of long road trip on a street-fighter though...

That bike is over 2 years old. Honda said they built that bike as a design exercise so they could use some of it's cool 'tools' to use on thier current spec bikes.

Yeah, Texas, I know that aching feeling between my shoulder blades well.

I love it - except the front headlight/windscreen looks like it was shrunk a bit too much. Slightly out of proportion with the rest - but still looks bas-ass. Wonder what Jessie James will design for them?

I seriously doubt that Jesse James could improve on this bike. Hell, Dr. Taglioni or Count Magni would have had to take a step back to admire this thing with awe.

I love the street fighter look!
Everything seems to be turning to the naked style bikes now...
