Got this off a mopar forum. Apparently the deer jumped right into the durango before they struck.

HOLY SHIT! That deer caused quite a bit of damage, hope nobody was in the passanger seat! Its kinda wierd just seeing it lay across the seats though, haha.

there was no passenger, the driver walked away with minor bumps and bruises!! WILD

the more i look at the picture the more i dont get it.. if the deer jumped rite into the car.. how come in the 1st pic the roof of the car is all @#% up?, looks like the deer landed on it. if the deer landed on it how can the deer get inside it

Damn,that lil guy did alot of damage,hope no one was hurt,but I feel sorry for the deer,thats a horrible way to die,trying to jump a car and only making it 3/4 of the way.Do you think he was trying to get out of the way or,the driver was speeding and wasn't watching out for a young deer?:confused:

I don't understand the first pic,How did the roof collapse in when the deer hit it.At first i thought it would had been photo chopped .
But it sucks to be the deer .But wondering why there is no scratching on the hood.

Looks like it jumped and the impact was near the top of the windshield and the top part of the truck which caused the roof to collapse. Pretty crazy stuff for sure.
