The brakes on one wheel are locked on and therefore I cannot drive the car to a garage. I would like to avoid the cost of towing the car. Anyone interested in coming to my place to replace the rear drum brakes on a car? Cash deal!

I did a lot of Google searches to find a way to release the brakes with no luck.

One of the drums rusted on from sitting? Take a brass punch and go through the rim and give it a few good hits with a hammer on different points of the drum.

The car only sat over night. I tried the hammer option. One youtube instruction video said to remove the wheel bearing cover - I did that but broke the cover. I am a shitty mechanic.
