Keyboard hasn't been used. I just got it replaced under the memory express 4 year IPR that is also included with this keyboard. I took it out of the box, hooked it up to usb power source to show the lights, and then I put a piece of matte blue vinyl overtop of the keyboard top plate before ever touching it, because this has a matte finish on it and the oils from your fingers will stain it easily making it look bad. So if you don't want it, just peel it off and have a brand new razer blackwidow chroma.
