I need a Dell Windows 7 Pro 32 bit installation disc.

You can download one off Microsofts site directly and either burn it to a CD or use their media creation tool and install it on a flash drive.

I tried to download an ISO from the Microsoft website but I get the following error:

you can modify the ei.cfg file to make the iso work for oem serial numbers instead of retail. it will probably make you phone in a code (after installation), which will give you back another code to enter in to complete the registration

Upfront: I don't care where you're located, you're picking this up from me at my convenience and downtown. Not trying to be a dick, but I hate when people try and negotiate with me for free stuff and make me work around their schedule or something.

I've done a restore on a couple of Dell's Lately and they now offer a ISO download of windows 7 with most of the drivers installed.

I can send you the ISO or check dell's website for an ISO download for your machine.

when i needed one from lenovo i had to call them directly and they sent one to me for free since laptop was still on warranty, (3 cds) it was like $50 from them without warranty, there was no other way around it..
