Jesus....the stupidity of some drivers out there. How do they even dress themselves? This person should not have a drivers license, PERIOD!!!!

Major credit for seeing that through, most shitty drivers would have left the car hung up in the middle, this space cadet knows the importance of commitment when it comes to stupid decisions

Admit. I do admire the conviction of just plowing through your mistake.

Homer: From now on, there are three ways to do things: the right way, the wrong way, and the Max Power way.

Bart: Isn't that just the wrong way?

Homer: Yeah, but faster.

I work on 7th ave right on the tracks and see this shit monthly. It's always tourists and rental cars.

They typically don't drive into the pit, maybe 2-3 times a year. I got called out after a McGregor beat Aldo at 4am because someone damaged the switch. Luckily they only bent one of.the rods, still took 5 hours to fix though.

My ex-gf just about turned onto the C-Train tracks while making a left onto 36th St NE a long time ago by the Keg. It was night time and she thought it was the roadway.

I was in the passenger seat screaming:
STOP!!!! STOP!!!!!!!!

She piled on the brakes just before landing on the tracks. Sat there for a second gathering her thoughts just to have the crossing arm come down and land on her car.

She was yelling "What do I do?!?!"
At this point I see the C-Train barreling towards us from a distance so I said "Well, just get us out of here."

She cranked the wheel in a panic and piled into the other crossing arm and we cleared the tracks and the intersection.

It was her brand new car too. She had long scratches on it after from the crossing arms.

Hahahaha, jesus. What a total fiasco.

Props for sailing the course he charted though, haha. That's gotta feel like doing the Rubicon Trail in a C-class.

The 4matic is a very capable system it would appear.

Its the same with the bus traps. The Diamond Cove bus lane / vehicle trap would literally, almost daily, have a vehicle stuck in it (used to drive by it often). They switched to the gate system a few years ago (was great for motorcyclists though).

I would have been all for the idiots learning from their mistakes (or not, and just make money for tow guys) but I guess it was throwing enough bus schedules out the window with the blocked passages, and they had to do something.

That always fucks me up driving around TO. Not used to the TTC cars on tracks behind my car.

Lmao. Car is a TANK. Ive never actually seen a car go in there. The hot spots for me are the edmonton trail trap, and the one by harvest/country hills.

Goddamn. It's like they stopped midway and realized it was a terrible idea haha. Props for not half-assing it.

I've rented cars in Calgary with BC and Saskatchewan plates, so it does happen. Lots of people do one way trips and the rental companies just keep renting them here until someone else does a one way trip back.

I'm really impressed how well that thing held up. Can't believe how much money I just wasted on frame sliders for my C300 rock crawler.
