This is a Japanese 3DS LL (XL in NA), Pokemon XY special edition.
I bought it when I lived in Japan in 2013 and have not touched it since 2014. Played 20 hours at most - like new condition. Comes with Nintendo AC charger, works on Canadian voltage. Comes with original box.
JAPANESE 3DS ARE REGION AND LANGUAGE LOCKED. YOU CANNOT PLAY NORTH AMERICAN GAMES ON THIS, NOR CAN YOU CHANGE THE SYSTEM LANGUAGE TO ENGLISH.
I do not know if you can use North American credit cards on it, although the Nintendo e-Shop does load just fine.
Selling with 3 games.
1. Pokemon Y is loaded on the SD card. You can play this game in English, but you need to be able to read Japanese to make the setting selection.
2. Airport Hero Haneda Airport with JAL (Air Traffic Control Game - All Japanese)
3. Airport Hero Narita Airport with ANA (Air Traffic Control Game - All Japanese)
