$237.50 fine. Don't forget to knock off the snow before you hit the roads.

'Common sense' inclusion

There's a similar mental characteristic that's also void in our so called educational system.

hope they're gonna fine every semi in the city then, they often take off with a trailer with several inches of snow on the top and totally fog out the people behind them...

Yea a lot of the bizarre laws we have are around to slap common sense into people. 10 cm of snow on your roof is stupid. It's called a broom if you can't reach with a snowbrush...

CVE is pretty good at enforcing that one but there's just not enough of them. Regular cops need to step up and enforce it too.

We have some one ton flat decks at work and half the guys look at me like I'm drunk when I tell them to brush off the deck.

It's not stupidity.

I doubt Shannon is stupid, but rather a typical person that has been spoon fed propaganda and forced to go against her "god" given ability of free will.

The cops also need to enforce drivers with snow covering their plate.

I think that's a tough one, they can get covered again in 5 minutes in certain conditions
