Hi all.

My 2002 Civic beater has a crack 6 inches from the bottom and runs the whole length of the windshield. It's been like that for about a year, but now I'm wondering if it's safe.

Thanks.

Cheapest I've found is Moore's Autoglass around Glenmore/Blackfoot.

Never replace, run cracked windshield forever.

Thanks for that Roopi, but the car is on its last legs and I'll only be driving it for about another year. So, I'm just wondering if it's safe or not.

i dont replace my windshield until the crack prevents me from seeing the road easily.
lower part is ok, i worry only on the middle.

Yes. And then you see a commercial where the car is flipped over, really bad accident and you think it's drunk driving or no winter tires but it's a cracked windshield. :guns:
