I know there springs but what do they do ? are they adjustable lowering springs?

I got a small catalog in the mail a few days ago, and it featured suspension with an interesting twist: a firmness knob. I don't plan on purchasing the system, but how does something like that work? I know it can be done with onboard computers and stuff, but I didn't know it could be done through a simple knob...

Thats exactly what they are although I dont see the unit to control the suspension, only wiring and solenoids

TEIN makes a set of in car adjustable coilovers...have no idea on pricing though...
