Brand new, missing one plastic cover for the lock holes, doe snot include locks.
found this on another site for compatibility, i do have the paperwork for them and can confirm compatibility if anybody is interested.
$100 for the set of 4 towers plus hardware.

The Yakima 8000208 Locking RailRider 1 Towers offer a, rugged, easy to install and remove roof rack tower for a variety of different vehicle applications. The Yakima Locking RailRider's snap-fit design provides an easy-to-use, solid, secure fit to your vehicle. Mounting bases are included, and use large rectangular nuts to mount into Yakima tracks as well as many factory installed track systems. (This system is the predecessor to the Yakima Control Tower system, and fits all vehicles that are compatible with Yakima's Landing Pad 1 hardware.) The Yakima Locking RailRider 1 kit includes: 4 Towers, 4 Mounting Bases and 4 End Caps. You will need Yakima Round bars and Yakima SKS lock Cores (if desired) which can be purchased from Yakima on at Yakima retailers.
All parts from original purchase are included in original box. Used and in perfect working order.
