So I ended up inadvertently damaging the edge of the seat of my car. I didn't realize that a metal button on the back pocket of my pants was bent and had an edge raised up to the side. I noticed the second time when I sat in the car that it scratched along the edge of the seat.

Thankfully it's not a rip or tear or anything but it definitely looks like something has happened there. Is there a product that I can use to polish the area or something to fix something minor like this? It's not a super big deal but it bothers me.

Take it to CR Techniques and have it fixed up?

with all that damage, I'd probably only offer half your asking price. it's not worth much anymore. :poosie:

$5000! Cash! I come pick up today!

Or you can get coloured creams/dyes (but watch the stitching) to restore it

What is that? Some shop that does these? It's an option I guess if I can't figure anything else out. Just a pain scheduling things in Calgary as I am only ever there on weekends.

Haha. I took it off sale a while ago. Don't think I was ready to part with it, plus not exactly easy selling a car worth that so probably keep a while and bring the price down before trying again.

No way $5000 is way too low. I would you do $5050. :D

I will look into these. I was more hoping for some DIY thing so this might be an option. The scratches kind of overlap to stitches so it will be a little tricky.

I tested out those seats at the Auto show in Edmonton yesterday, and I concur. Worth upgrading for sure.
